Project Information

In a promising location in the Záhorie region, a modern residential neighborhood of chain-link family houses will be built. The houses will be arranged in separate blocks, with access roads creating a peaceful inner residential zone, where streets are dominated by trees rather than cars. The area plans to develop 58 chain-link family homes.

The houses will be designed as compact, two-story units with flat roofs. The entrances to the homes will be located on the street side, while access to the garden area will be through a covered carport.

The project offers 4-room, two-story chain-link houses with an entrance hall, staircase, technical room with a shower, WC, living room with a dining area and kitchen on the ground floor, and an exterior-accessible storage room. The entire second floor is designed as a night and relaxation area, consisting of a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and three bedrooms. Each house has three private outdoor parking spaces and its own garden. A key feature is one parking space under a roof, which also serves as a link between the chain houses.

The plot is fenced with a rubberized mesh fence (on the garden side), while the parking spaces in front of the house and the access path are paved with interlocking tiles. The area behind the house (garden) is leveled and landscaped, with the terrace also built with interlocking tiles. A niche for energy meters and a space for a waste bin will be created at the front of the fence of each house.
